Kylie Minogue will launch Inverse, her first fragrance for men, in August. The new scent is for “all facets of a man…day or night” and the tag line is “Two facets. One scent”. The fragrance is fronted by model Andr?s Velencoso Segura.
Inverse features notes of lavender, cardamom, coriander, pepper, mint, star anise, blood orange, benzoin, nutmeg, tonka bean, heliotrope, labdanum, cedar, amber, musk, evaporated milk and patchouli.

Usher has launched VIP, a new fragrance for men and the singer’s fifth scent. Per Usher…
I really feel like VIP represents the growth I’ve had in the last two years. The man that wears this fragrance, hopefully, will go out in the world empowered by what he’s wearing.
VIP was developed by perfumer Harry Fremont and features notes of tangerine, bergamot, kumquat, nutmeg, violet leaf, lotus flower, saffron, vetiver, oakmoss and suede.
The Usher VIP packaging was inspired by cognac bottles, and VIP is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette and in matching grooming products.
Roger & Gallet has launched L’Homme Sport a flanker to 1979’s Roger & Gallet L’Homme. The new version is said to be faithful to the spirit of the original, but purer and fresher.
L’Homme Sport features notes of grapefruit, tea, pink pepper, cardamom, vetiver and woody-amber notes.
Roger & Gallet L’Homme Sport is available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette
Cacharel will launch Scarlett, a new perfume geared to young women between 15 and 25, this coming July. Scarlett is a reference to actress Scarlett Johansson and to the heroine of the iconic novel and film Gone With The Wind.
Scarlett was developed by perfumers Honorine Blanc, Alberto Morillas and Olivier Cresp. The notes include tea leaves, citrus, pear, jasmine, orange blossom, honeysuckle, white musk and sandalwood.
Cacharel Scarlett will be available in sizes ranging from 35 to 80 ml Eau de Toilette.
Antonio Banderas has launched Seduction in Black for Men, a follow up to 2007’s Blue Seduction for Men:
Seduction in Black is a daring interpretation of the Blue Seduction fragrance, taking its seductive facet to the next level.
It emphasizes woody, ambary [sic] and oriental accords, enhanced by an original and interesting spicy note that embodies the fragrance’s freshness and sensuality.

Jay-Z’s Rocawear brand will launch X by Rocawear Anniversary Edition, a new limited edition fragrance for men, next month:

Ted Lapidus has launched Black Soul, a new fragrance for men intended to honor the brand’s 25th year as a perfume house.
The fragrance notes include spearmint, cardamom, neroli, bergamot, cinnamon, Medjool date, raisin, saffron, tolu balm, gaiacwood, Chinese cedarwood and musks.
